Kevin Seyler has had a career in Mechanical Engineering for over 15 years in Ontario and Minnesota. During this time, he experienced the benefits of mindfulness meditation for helping with issues such as depression and workplace stress.

In 2005, Kevin took a 6-month meditation teacher training in British Columbia. He has taught meditation throughout Ontario, British Columbia, Manitoba, and PEI. He has a passion to teach simple and effective tools that help people to reduce stress and experience inner peace. His calm nature and fun approach allow anyone to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation in their lives.
